The Inn
Paolo Tornabene runs the Tenuta (rustic inn) and presents all evening meals. Although he is an architect by education, Paolo is arguably one of the best cooks in Sicily.
The rooms of the inn are basic but well-designed. A fireplace in the reception area is a gathering place for guests and wine and antipasti can be enjoyed fireside. Although dinner and conversations are often quite lively, the quiet and calm of Tenuta Gangivecchio are what you may appreciate most.
Rates: Dinner and one night at the Tenuta is 60 euro per person for double occupancy or 70 euro for a single guest staying in a double room (rates accurate through January 1, 2009). Drinks with dinner are separate. Breakfast is included.

The Cottage
La Casa di Annunziata is a one-bedroom stone cottage in a beautifully shaded and private corner of the estate. The cottage is available for short and long-term rental year round. There is a well-appointed kitchen, outdoor grill/cooking area, private garden and full bath. The cottage is heated during colder months and guests are also welcome to use the fireplaces in the main room and bedroom.
