Wanda and Giovanna Tornabene have written three cookbooks and are at work on their fourth. La Cucina Siciliana di Gangivecchio and Sicilian Home Cooking were both awarded the prestigious James Beard Award for "Best Italian Cookbook." Published by Knopf, all three books are available in the US through Amazon, Barnes & Noble and many independent booksellers.
Signed copies of all three books are also available for sale in the abbey at Gangivecchio.
La Cucina Siciliana di Gangivecchio was written with American food writer Michelle Evans and published by Alfred A. Knopf in 1996. It won the James Beard Award for the best Italian cookbook the following year.

Sicilian Home Cooking, also with Michelle Evans, was published by Alfred A. Knopf in 2001 and won the James Beard Award in 2002.

100 Ways To Be Pasta was written with Carolynn Carreño and published by Alfred A. Knopf in 2005.
